On the afternoon of December 22, 2025, Qin Feng, Director of China Daily Shaanxi Branch, led a delegation to SFS for talks on deep collaboration in international communication, talent cultivation, and academic research. The meeting was presided over by Wang Hua, Vice Dean of SFS, with several senior faculty members attended.

In the opening remarks, Wang Hua welcomed the delegation and provided an overview of SFS, highlighting its faculty strength, disciplinary development, and international exchange initiatives. Following this, heads of relevant departments elaborated on student cultivation, career development, and awards in academic competitions, while proposing preliminary frameworks for future cooperation based on the school's developing needs.

Qin Feng detailed the operational layout and communication strengths of China Daily Shaanxi Branch, showcasing its recent achievements in global outreach. He commended the SFS for its profound expertise in language pedagogy and cross-cultural communication, and noted that the school's academic foundation aligns perfectly with China Daily's mission, which creates vast potential for collaboration in strengthening international communication capacities and developing interdisciplinary foreign language professionals.

During the exchange session, both sides reached a preliminary consensus on several key initiatives, including the joint establishment of practical teaching bases, the organization of joint academic seminars, and the co-planning of cultural communication projects.

This meeting clarified the priority directions for university-media synergy. Both parties expressed their commitment to integrating resources and leveraging complementary strengths to transform these collaborative intentions into substantive results, ultimately advancing the quality of international communication and high-level talent cultivation.
