An international conference on Advances in Corpus Linguistics and Interdisciplinary Research will be held in Xi’an, China, from October 27-29, 2023. The conference will be hosted by the School of Foreign Studies at Xi’an Jiaotong University, and co-organized with the National Research Center of Foreign Language Education at Beijing Foreign Studies University, the Journal of Foreign Language Education, and Xi’an Jiaotong University Press.
The conference will include pre-conference workshops, keynote speeches, parallel sessions and a forum for graduate students. The theme of the conference is “Advances in Corpus Linguistics and Interdisciplinary Research”. Proposals on the application of corpora in humanities and social sciences, translation, foreign language education, medicine, and other fields are especially welcome.
