The past 6 years have seen the formation of a new teaching mode characterized by practice orientation, deep integration of English teaching and scientific research, the combination of in-and-after class teaching & online-offline learning, which has significantly improved the teaching quality and effectively enhanced postgraduate students' academic English proficiency and their sense of gain in learning, thus providing a successful model for postgraduate English teaching in China.
